Six steps to get your athlete ready for Amazons club volleyball.
Follow the checklist in order to confirm your athlete's age division, complete Arizona Region requirements and prepare for Amazons Open House and Tryouts.

Start with the Arizona Region requirements and work through each step before Amazons Tryouts. Check each item as you complete it and your progress will be saved on this device.
Check Your Athlete's Age Division
Before registering for club volleyball, confirm your athlete's correct age division using the Arizona Region age definitions.
Your athlete's volleyball age division may not be the same as their current school grade. Check the Arizona Region age information before continuing to the next step.
Create a SportsEngine Account
Create or sign in to the SportsEngine account that will be used to manage your athlete's Arizona Region and USA Volleyball membership.
Use the same parent or guardian SportsEngine account throughout the membership process so the athlete's profile and membership stay connected correctly.
Purchase Your Arizona Region Membership
Purchase the appropriate Arizona Region / USA Volleyball membership for your athlete through the Arizona Region membership process.
Complete Step 2 first. Use the same SportsEngine account and athlete profile when purchasing the Arizona Region membership.
Complete the Player Medical Release
Download and complete the player medical release form for your athlete before participating in Amazons club activities.
Make sure all medical, emergency-contact and insurance information is complete and accurate before submitting the form.
Attend Amazons Open House
Open House gives athletes and families an opportunity to meet the Amazons, train with our coaches and prepare for the upcoming club season.
Meet the Amazons, get ready for club season, train with Amazons coaches and see if Amazons VBC is right for you.
Attend Amazons Tryouts
Attend Amazons VBC Tryouts for your athlete's age division and compete for a roster spot for the upcoming club season.
Showcase your skills, compete for a roster spot, meet the Amazons and take the next step in your volleyball journey.
6 STEPS. THEN YOU'RE READY.
Once you've confirmed your athlete's age division, created the SportsEngine account, purchased the Arizona Region membership, completed the medical release, attended Open House and completed Tryouts, you've finished the Amazons preseason checklist.
